POLICIES FOR RENTAL OF CHESAPEAKE RUN GOLF CLUB BANQUET FACILITY

Thank you for selecting Chesapeake Run Golf Club for your special event.  Please read the terms below and verify the information for accuracy. 

Deposits

Please submit your deposit when the event is booked.  The deposit paid reserves the date of your event.  Security deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs but will be deducted from your final bill. 

Guest Count

Please provide a guaranteed guest count 5 days prior to the event.  The Club will not accept decreases on the final count.  You will be charged for the given number, plus those in excess of that number.

Food & Alcohol

No foods or beverages, with the exception of wedding cakes, are to be brought in or taken out of the Club.  Bartenders are provided by the Club.  Food prices are subject to a standard 15% gratuity and 7% Indiana sales tax.

Liability

The individual/business renting property from Chesapeake Run Golf Club will be financially responsible for damages to any property equal to the cost of the repair or replacement.  The Club cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought on to the premises.  Security is required for parties of 75 or more, &/or at the clubs discretion.   It is understood that your guests will conduct themselves in an orderly manner, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

Final payment may be paid by corporate check, credit card, cash, or direct billing.  If the person does not pay accordantly it is agreed that a rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% annual) shall be charged.  Additionally, if the club is required to hire an attorney to collect any past due amounts, the person agrees to be responsible for all attorney's fees and collection costs incurred by Chesapeake Run Golf Club.

Our 6000 sq. ft. clubhouse sits majestically overlooking the entire golf course.  With capabilities of seating 175 guests indoors and 100 more outdoors on the patio, Chesapeake Run is the place for your next event.
